OUR QUALITY POLICY AND OBJECTIVE
FlexoHub, accepts responsibility for the complete satisfaction of its customers. We exercise this responsibility through adequate training of our employees, adherence to proven procedures, and total commitment to meeting and exceeding customer requirements, and to maintaining an organizational culture that fosters continuous improvement. It is the policy of our organization to conduct its business in as safe manner that will merit and earn total customer satisfaction. To this effect, we will implement and maintain a companywide quality management system which will ensure conformance to our customer’s requirements as well as our own internal quality and safety standards derived from the applicable statutory and regulatory company’s requirement.
It is our commitment to be customer focused and to continually improve upon our processes by involving our work force. In doing this, we will be guided by our commitments as set out in our Health, Safety, Environment and Quality charter. FlexoHub is committed to implementing, and maintaining a documented quality system.
This commitment includes;
Ensuring that customer, regulatory and legal requirements are understood and appropriately addressed; the quality policy is understood and implemented at all levels of the organization.
Quality objectives and plans are established as necessary and that the responsibilities of all functions affecting quality are clearly defined.
Management have made provisions for the necessary resources and personnel to maintain the system, including a management representative, who will ensure that the requirements of this manual are met. Management will review the system annually to determine its effectiveness.
Ghana Standard Authority (GSA): We are certified and approved by the Ghana Standard Authority.
Environmental Protection Agency (EPA): We subscribe to the call and course of global environmental preservation. To this effect we work closely with EPA, Ghana to ensure that we are up to date and in compliance. We are a certified EPA, company.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can a package that is currently printed using Offset or Gravure methods be converted to print Flexo?
Yes! The recent advances in Flexo prepress and printing have made the conversion of packages once thought only reproducible by Offset or Gravure to be printed using Flexographic methods. Past limitations in the Flexo process are rapidly being eliminated by better printing equipment and more capable prepress facilities. Today, with the proper consideration of design and images, there is no limit to what can be produced with Flexo packaging.
How quickly can I have my plates?
This is truly the most frequently asked question in our industry. The answer is very much dependent upon the many factors that make up a Flexographic printing project. The partnership between Flexo Hub and our customers is one built on trust and understanding. Trust that Flexo Hub will do everything possible to get our products to our customers when needed. It is our understanding that we will only do so while providing the level of quality and accuracy that is the foundation of our business.
